This notice explains how personal data is handled on the website aioeli.com and on its early-access list. It follows the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nLPD / revFADP) and, for visitors in the European Union, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). It does not cover the aioeli application itself, which has its own terms.

Who is responsible

, [ADDRESS, POSTCODE, CITY, SWITZERLAND] (“we”). Contact for any privacy question: hello@aioeli.com.

[EU REPRESENTATIVE (Art. 27 GDPR), if required — or delete this line]

What we collect

This site uses no cookies, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking. Fonts and images are served from our own domain: your browser contacts no third party when you open the page.

Why

To tell you when early access opens and to invite your firm, on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give by submitting the form. Abuse protection is based on our legitimate interest in keeping the list free of spam (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We never sell your data or use it for anything else.

Where it is stored

The website and the early-access list run on Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc., USA, and its affiliates), our hosting provider. The list is stored in a database restricted to the European Union. Cloudflare may process connection data outside Switzerland and the EU to deliver the page, under the EU and Swiss standard contractual clauses and the Swiss–US / EU–US Data Privacy Framework. Emails to aioeli.com addresses are forwarded by Cloudflare to our mailbox at [MAIL PROVIDER, COUNTRY].

How long

Your address stays on the list until you ask us to remove it, and at most 24 months after you signed up. Emails are kept as long as needed to answer them.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, its correction or its deletion, withdraw your consent at any time (this does not affect what was done before), object to the processing, and, under the GDPR, ask for its restriction or portability. Write to hello@aioeli.com. You can also complain to the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or, in the EU, to the data protection authority of your country.
